Rome is a huge city and home to 2.8 million people. The historic centre itself is actually quite small. Most of the major sights are within a reasonable distance of the central railway station.
Visit The Coliseum, St. Angelo Bridge and St. Peter's Basilica, Trevi Fountain the Sistine Chapel and more!
Rome is a city filled with history, culture, great architecture, fashion, cuisine, and so much more. But, it wasn't built in a day and can't be seen in a day. This is a place you need at least a few days if not a week to really explore. If you are lucky enough to visit here are a few tips:
Be sure to mind the dress codes - they are strictly enforced, especially at St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican. This means no shorts and no bare arms or shoulders.
