Maui
Maui is the second largest of the Hawaiian Islands and home to only about 120,000 people.
But, it gets a lot of visitors, over 2.2 million each year. And there are lots of reasons why...year-round sunshine; 81 accessible beaches; attractions and places to visit like Haleakala National Park, the quaint town of Lahaina, Hana, the Maui Ocean Center; 16 golf courses; and plenty of great condos and hotels to stay in.
Maui is a Mecca for beachcombers and ocean sports enthusiasts.
Maui is also home to the amazing beach Kaanapali and the largest dormant volcano in the world, Haleakala.
And a humpback whale breaching- almost half of the humpback whales surviving today winter in Maui waters
